Develop a model in BCL for problems requiring Xpress Optimizer and deploy in any programming language.

Tool for model deployment: BCL Libraries (C, C++, Java, .NET)

See ``Getting Started with Xpress'', Part II: `Getting started with BCL', which presents examples in C++ language with detailed explanation. The examples are also implemented in C, Java, and C# and they can be found in the corresponding directories \xpressmp\examples\bcl\*\UGExpl.
