Breakpoint condition Dialog
Accessible by selecting Set/Remove Breakpoint condition... from the Debug menu or by clicking the 
button on the Toolbar.
This dialog allows setting a conditional breakpoint.
The conditional breakpoint will activate only when the condition is met.
