Purpose
Stores bounds for node separation using user separate callback function.
Synopsis
mindex = problem.storebounds(mcols, type, bds)
Arguments
mcols 
Array containing the columns (i.e. xpress.var objects, indices, or names).
type 
Array containing the bounds types:
U 
indicates an upper bound;
L 
indicates a lower bound.
bds 
Array containing the bound values.
mindex 
Object that the user will use to reference the stored bounds for the Optimizer in problem.setbranchbounds.
