Create an empty XPRBctr constraint in the current problem.

Type:  SystemString
The string name of the new XPRBctr constraint.

Return Value

Type:  XPRBctr
The new XPRBctr object.

Remarks

This form of the newCtr method would normally be used where the constraint is built programmatically (within a loop, say) and so only requires a name in the initial declaration. Its use can be seen in foliolp.cs in the User's Guide Example folder.
