Editing Execution Worker Settings

An Execution Worker is hosted and provisioned when an instance of the Xpress Insight server is deployed. Additional execution workers can be added by FICO as part of a paid contract.

Note The local Execution Worker is disabled when the first remote worker is registered.

1. Edit the allocation of resources by clicking on a Worker name in the Execution Workers section. Three fields are editable:
   • Thread capacity: The maximum number of threads to allocate to Xpress Insight jobs. You can allocate up to 256 threads.
   • Job capacity (required): This denotes the maximum number of jobs that the worker will be asked to execute concurrently. Select a value between 1 and 32 from the drop-down list.
   • Enabled: Uncheck the Enabled checkbox if you do not want the Xpress Insight server to send jobs to this worker.
2. Click Save Changes when finished to return to the previous page.
