Purpose
Load a configuration file and initialise the package.
Synopsis
function loadAEC2Config(confFile:string):boolean
Argument
confFile 
Configuration file name
Return value
true if operation succeeded.
Further information
This function must be called before any other routine of the package. The configuration files are created by running the "aec2setup.mos" program.
