Convert a date into a Julian Day Number (JDN).
Synopsis
int XPRMdate2jdn(int year,int month, int day);
Arguments
year 
Year number
month 
Month number (1-12)
day 
Day number (1-31)
Return value
The JDN corresponding to the provided date.
Further information
The value returned by this function corresponds to the number of days elapsed since 1/1/1970.
