Create a new, unnamed, XPRBctr constraint in the current problem.

The XPRBexpr expression which will form the new constraint.

Return Value

Type:  XPRBctr
The new XPRBctr object.

Remarks

This form of the newCtr method is most often used to set the objective constraint where setting the constraint name at the point of creation is not important.
