Compute (if required) ranges and return a column range.

rngtype
Type:  SystemInt32
The type of ranging information sought. This is one of:
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_UPACT - Upper activity.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_LOACT - Lower activity.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_UUP - Upper unit cost.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_UDN - Lower unit cost .
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_UCOST - Upper cost.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_LCOST - Lower cost.

Return Value

Type:  Double
The double range value. Returns 0 on error.
