Purpose
Get the initial penalty error weight for a row
Synopsis
value = problem.getrowwt(rowindex)
Arguments
rowindex 
The row (i.e. xpress.constraint object, index, or name) whose weight is to be retrieved.
value 
The value of the weight.
Example
The following example gets the initial weight of row number 2. 
value = p.getrowwt(2)

Further information

The initial row weight is used only when the augmented structure is created. After that, the current weighting can be accessed using problem.getrowinfo.
