vdl-row
Controls layout by splitting content into separate horizontal blocks. All content within a <vdl-row> will be positioned below preceding content. Each <vdl-row> is split up into 12 columns. If a <vdl-column> is not specified inside a <vdl-row> then one is automatically inserted and will take the full width of the view.
