Securing the Database Account

Database connections for the server are defined in the standalone.xml data source file. These database connection details include clear text passwords. You can increase the security of your server by replacing clear text passwords in data source files with encrypted passwords.

The default PostgreSQL database connection, and any other configured data sources, should be secured. The system administrator should review the WildFly documentation for more information.
