Selecting and Deselecting Scenarios

This topic describes how to use the Scenario Explorer to select and deselect scenarios.

Selecting Scenarios

You can select scenarios in the Scenario Explorer and put them on the Shelf of the App page so they are available to the Views. Some views are designed to work with multiple scenarios, while others are designed to work with only a single scenario. The number of scenarios that a View can accommodate is specific to that particular View.
  1. From the Home page, choose the app in which you want to select one or more scenarios.
    The App page is displayed.
  2. Click the Shelf to open the Scenario Explorer.
  3. Select one or more scenarios.
    A checkmark appears to the left of each selected scenario.
  4. Click CLOSE.
    The Scenario Explorer closes.
The selected scenarios are now displayed on the Shelf below the menu bar of the App page. Scenarios on the Shelf are available to the Views.

Deselecting Scenarios

You can also use the Scenario Explorer to deselect scenarios, which will remove them from the App page shelf.
  1. From the App page, click the Shelf to open the Scenario Explorer.
  2. Complete one of the following actions.

    • Clear one or more selected scenarios.

      Selected scenarios are highlighted with a checkmark.

    • Click Deselect All to deselect all the selected scenarios.
  3. Click Close.
    The Scenario Explorer closes.
The scenarios have been removed from the Shelf below the menu bar of the App page.
