Importing Xpress Insight apps to Xpress Workbench on the FAC Edition
It is a straightforward process to import an Xpress Insight app into Xpress Workbench.
Importing Xpress Insight apps to Xpress Workbench
To import an Xpress Insight app into Xpress Workbench to continue its development:
- Log in to Xpress Workbench and create a new project. See Logging In and Creating Projects for guidance if needed.
- Load your new project by clicking on its tile on the Home page.
- A new project contains some default files and folders which will not be needed. Using the right mouse-button menu, delete:
- client_resources (folder)
- model_resources (folder)
- source (folder)
- application.xml
- Using your operating system's file explorer, navigate to the root folder of your Xpress Insight app and upload all relevant files and folders into your new, now empty project. Refer to Uploading Files for further details.
