Create an XPRBrelation from an XPRBexpr and an XPRBvar. Greater than or equal to.

Parameters

l1
Type:  BCLXPRBexpr
The lhs XPRBexpr.
vl2
Type:  BCLXPRBvar
The rhs XPRBvar.

Type:  XPRBrelation
The resultant XPRBrelation.
Remarks
This is usually used when creating relations for those languages that do not allow operator overloading.
