Using the Pre-defined Authority Groups and Users

The Xpress Insight 5 repository by default includes four pre-defined authority groups: AdvancedUser, BasicUser, Developer, and SystemAdministration.
Use this information to review the pre-defined authorities for the BasicUser authority group, and to manage the Developer authority group—you should also review the pre-defined authority for the SystemAdministration user.
  • The BasicUser pre-defined privileges include all folder and scenario actions for owned objects.
