Generating a User Report

The following describes the tasks associated with generating a user report.
Note that user report information is updated on a real-time basis.
  1. From any of the main pages, click Users to access the List users page.
  2. Click on User Report.
Depending on your system, you will see a message instructing you how to access and open the report. Follow the instructions provided.

Understanding User Report Content

The user report lists all projects, authority groups, and users within the Xpress Insight system.

Users are listed in the report and sorted alphabetically by username. Information is presented so that the administrator has a clear view of which projects, authorities, and authority groups are assigned to a given user.
