Upgrading Tableau for FICO for Windows

The system will use an existing, installed version of Tableau on your target system instead of the version bundled in the installer.

Upgrading Tableau for FICO

If you currently use version 2018.1 or older then FICO recommends you back up your Tableau configuration and uninstall your current version before installing 2020.2. Keep a copy of your Tableau license key, if you have one, prior to uninstalling the old version. You may also want to deactivate your license at this point, and re-activate it as part of the new installation. This can be done through the Manage Product Keys option, either in the pop-up menu on the Tableau System Tray icon or the Tableau Start Menu folder.

If you are upgrading from Tableau 2018.2 or above, you do not need to uninstall Tableau. Use the Tableau for FICO 2020.2 installer provided with the distributed installation material.
