Purpose
Removes a node-cutoff callback function previously added by
XPRSaddcbnodecutoff. The specified callback function will no longer be called after it has been removed.

The current problem.

f_nodecutoff

The callback function to remove. If NULL then all node-cutoff callback functions added with the given user-defined object value will be removed.

object
|
The object value that the callback was added with. If NULL, then the object value will not be checked and all node-cutoff callbacks with the function pointer
f_nodecutoff will be removed.
