Downloading Workbooks into Xpress Workbench Xpress Workbench automatically downloads workbooks that are created or modified in Tableau Server. This happens in the background. After saving a workbook in Tableau Server, switch back to the Xpress Workbench tab. Wait up to 60 seconds for Xpress Workbench to synchronize the workbooks.
