Re-subscription Errors

If the client attempts to subscribe to a job that is not owned by the user associated with the socket then an ERROR message will be sent back to the client with an errorType of COMPUTE_JOB_NOT_FOUND. This will also be returned in the case where a computeJobId is not recognized.
