Logging in with Single Sign On (SSO)

When using IdP (Identity Provider) authentication, there are two paths through which a user can authenticate access to Xpress Insight 5.
The paths are:
  1. Go to Xpress Insight directly via URL (sent as a link in an email, or stored as a bookmark in a browser).
    • You will be redirected to the login page of the IdP.
    • On successful authentication with the IdP you will be forwarded to Insight.
  2. Go to the login page of the IdP.
    • On successful authentication with the IdP you will be presented with the list of applications federated by the IdP.
    • Choose Xpress Insight from the list and you will be taken into the Insight interface.
