MSE Controls
This control is used only by the callback passed to the enumeration-run routines
XPRS_mse_minim,
XPRS_mse_maxim and
XPRS_mse_opt. If the user passes the default callback
XPRS_mse_defaulthandler then the control is used to decide how many solutions to discard based on the diversity metric values. See
XPRS_mse_defaulthandler for details of how the control is used. If the user provides a customized version of
XPRS_mse_defaulthandler to use in the enumeration-run then the user is free to interpret this control value.
