Preparing Xpress Insight

This section explains the settings you must configure to integrate Decision Central with Xpress Insight.

Prerequisites

You must have the following installed on your system:
  • An existing Insight (4.54 or later) installation.
    Important Decision Central requires JAVA 8 is installed as the default JAVA version on the environment variable. Xpress Insight requires JAVA11.

    To satisfy this requirement, configure Insight to explicitly use JAVA11. See the section Setting a different JAVA location.
