Get the cell content associated to the given index (array of integers)

Parameters

ndx1

Type:  SystemInt32
The first tuple of the array cell index

ndx2p

Type:  SystemInt32
The remainder of the array cell index

Cell associated to the given index

XPRMException	If the incorrect number of array index tuples is given, or if this is not an array of integers
