Showing the Progress of Multiple Scenarios

If the view needs to watch all the selected scenarios, reacting to status changes by hiding and showing parts of the view then the following code will simplify managing these scenarios.
This would show the first <vdl-page> when any scenario is queued or executing, and the second <vdl-page> otherwise.
