Clear the last error code and message.

Example
The following example prints an error message in case of errors in R evaluations and subsequently clears the error information: 
 Reval('missingfunction()')
 if Rerrcode<>0 then
  writeln('Something went wrong: ', Rerrmsg)
  Rclearerr
 end-if
