Tableau Support

FICO® Xpress Insight users who already have Tableau licensed on their system can use its data visualization capabilities to analyze data which is either stored in the Xpress Insight repository or is analyzed in conjunction with Xpress Insight repository data.

Tableau for FICO

Tableau for FICO - Server and Tableau for FICO - Desktop, both available from FICO, provide the essential capabilities that Xpress Insight users require to enable data visualization in their reports for a lower outlay than the full version of the Tableau software. Support and Hardware requirements are that same as the Tableau versions shown below.

Tableau Support Dates

Tableau for FICO and Tableau Server versions below 2021.4 are supported for thirty (30) months after Tableau release date, with maintenance releases available for 24 months.

From version 2021.4, Tableau products will be supported for twenty-four (24) months.

Browser Support

The browsers supported by Tableau are detailed on the Tableau website. See https://www.tableau.com/products/techspecs#server.

Single Sign On (SSO)

The only Tableau Single Sign On options supported by Xpress Insight are Trusted and Kerberos. Other SSO options, such as SAML and OpenID, are NOT supported.
