vdl-chart-axis

Use a vdl-chart-axis tag to configure each axis on the chart.

Must be contained within one of the following elements:

Attributes

axis Specify the axis to configure. Accepts one of: "x", "y", "y2". y2 will create an axis on the right-side of the chart. required
color Color for the axis title and ticks, defaults to black. This is useful when configuring the y2 axis on the right-side of the chart. Can be any valid CSS color string.
margin-size The size of this margin in pixels. accepts expression
max Specify a maximum value (number) for this axis. Must be used in conjunction with "min" accepts expression
min Specify a minimum value (number) for this axis. Must be used in conjunction with "max" accepts expression
show-grid Show the grid lines on this axis. Accepts: "true", "false". Defaults to "false"
step Specify the step in-between ticks on the axis accepts expression
suffix The suffix to add to labels on this axis
title Title for the axis accepts expression
type Type for the axis. Defaults to "category" for x axis and autodetect for y axis. "-" means autodetect. Accepts: "-", "linear", "log", "date", "category"
