FICO Xpress Insight Patch Installation

This section describes how to manually install an Xpress Insight patch into an existing Xpress Insight installation.

Note: Review and read any notes related to the patch before proceeding with these instructions.

Depending on your installation, use the following zip file:

FICO Xpress Insight x.y.z.p (64-bit).zip

Note: It is recommended that you back up both your database and Xpress Insight installation before applying this patch.

Use the following instructions to install the patch:

1. Unzip the appropriate patch ZIP and copy the patch-x.y.z.p folder to %XPRESSDIR%\insight\lib.
2. Start the Xpress Insight Server if it is not currently running.
3. From within a command prompt run the following commands:
   cd %XPRESSDIR%\insight\lib\patch-1.2.9.1

   installPatch.bat
