Use the Windows Control Panel to uninstall the programs that make up Xpress Insight. 
 
  Administrative privileges for the host machine may be required to complete this task.

      Important: Before you begin, make sure you have made a copy of the following: 
        
       The Xpress program license file, C:\xpressmp\bin\xpauth.xpr. The Tableau Server program license key. This is available in the Manage Product Keys option, either in Tableau's Start menu folder or its system tray icon popup.  | 
  
 
 
  -  From the Windows Start menu, depending on your operating system version, either:  
    
    - select  (click the Start icon, and enter the letters "co" to search for the control panel.) 
-  select  
 
-  Uninstall all FICO Xpress Insight programs.  
   
     When prompted, click 
    No to retaining your database files. (Following the instructions in the previous section created a manual backup of your apps.) 
    
-  If you are upgrading FICO® Xpress, uninstall all FICO® Xpress programs.  
-  If you are upgrading Tableau, uninstall the Tableau Server program.  
-  Restart your machine.  
-   Delete C:\xpressmp and all files and subfolders.  
You have now uninstalled the old version of 
 Xpress Insight. You can now go to the next section and take the steps needed to install the new version of 
 Xpress Insight.
