Initializing help system before first use

problem.loadbranchdirs

Purpose
Loads directives into the current problem to specify which MIP entities the Optimizer should continue to branch on when a node solution is integer feasible.
Synopsis
problem.loadbranchdirs(colind, dir)
Arguments
colind 
Array containing the column numbers. A negative value indicates a set number (the first set being -1, the second -2, and so on).
dir 
Array containing either 0 or 1 for the entities given in colind. Entities for which dir is set to 1 will be branched on until fixed before a integer feasible solution is returned. If dir is None, the branching directive will be set for all entities in colind.
