AddColumn Method

Add a new column to this creator. The column is not necessarily created immediately. The creator buffers columns and only creates columns in a chunk if enough columns have been accumulated or .Commit(XPRSprob) is called. @param prob The problem to which to add the column. @param lb Lower bound for the column. @param ub Upper bound for the column. @param type Column type. @param limit Lower bound for semi continuous or limit for partial integer columns. Ignored if the column is not of that type. @param name Name of the Column (can be null). @return The index that the column would receive if this creator would be commited and no other columns would be created in the meantime.
