setTerm Method (XPRBvar, Double)

Set a cut term. This method sets the coefficient of a given variable to the value val.

Type:  BCL.XPRBvar
The XPRBvar to alter the coefficient of.
val

The new double coefficient of the term.

0 on success, 1 on failure.
