Purpose
Obtains the user ID of the Insight user that initiated the current scenario execution.
Synopsis
function insightgetuserid:text
Further information
1. When called while the model is not running within Insight and test mode is not active, this returns 'ca2142de-5dd2-4460-b761-3cfbdb3cdbc4'
2. When called while test mode is active, this returns 'ca2142de-5dd2-4460-b761-3cfbdb3cdbc4'
3. The user ID returned will be the ID of the user that owns the job.
