ins~cancelscen

Purpose
If scenario is currently queued or executing, cancel it.
Synopsis
procedure cancelscen(scenid:text)
Argument
scenid 
ID of the scenario
Further information
1. If scenario is not queued or executing, does nothing.
2. If the Insight server returned an error, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
