ins~createapp

Purpose
Create a new app on the Insight server.
Synopsis
function createapp(filename:text, appname:text, messages:list of text):text
function createapp(filename:text, messages:list of text):text
Arguments
filename 
The filename of the application .zip to upload; may be an I/O driver, such as a reference to an in-memory file.
appname 
Name of the application to use, if not specified then use the name present in the app configuration.
messages 
A list to which will be appended information messages about the app creation, which can be displayed to a user.
Return value
The ID of the newly created app
Further information
If the new app was rejected, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
