ins~getappattachinfo

Purpose
Get information about a given attachment.
Synopsis
function getappattachinfo(appid:text, attachid:text):ins~attachment
Arguments
appid 
The ID of the app
attachid 
The ID of the attachment
Return value
Metadata about an app attachment
Further information
If attachment was not found, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
