ins~logout

Purpose
Removes the login details of the Insight server from this package.

procedure logout
Further information
1. This subroutine will cause the package to forget any Insight server URL, clientid or secret previously passed to ins~login
2. It is not necessary to log out — doing so does not free any resources on the Insight server — but it will prevent the saved credentials being used to make any other calls to the Insight server until the next call to ins~login
3. Calling ins~logout without a corresponding call to ins~login will not generate an error.
