Initializing help system before first use

ins~putappattach

Purpose
Create a new app attachment or overwrite an existing one.
Synopsis
function putappattach(appid:text, localfile:text, attachname:text, tagname:text, overwrite:boolean):text
function putappattach(appid:text, localfile:text):text
Arguments
appid 
The ID of the app
localfile 
The filename of the attachment data to upload
attachname 
The name of the attachment, if different from the local filename, or empty string to ignore.
tagname 
Name of a tag to give the attachment, or empty string to ignore
overwrite 
If true, allow Insight server to overwrite an existing app attachment that has the same filename
Return value
The ID of the attachment created
Further information
1. If app ID was not found, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
2. If there is already an app attachment with this filename and the overwrite flag is not set to true, the Insight server will return an error.
