ins~renamefolder

Purpose
Rename a folder on the Insight server.
Synopsis
procedure renamefolder(foldid:text, newname:text)
Arguments
foldid 
ID of the folder to modify
newname 
New name for the folder
Further information
1. If a folder with the same name already exists in the same location, Insight will modify the new folder name to make it unique (e.g. from "My Folder" to "My Folder (1)")
2. If the Insight server returned an error, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
