Error handling

ins~clearerror
Clear the error state of the package, such that a future call to ins~haserror will return false.
ins~getlasterror
If the previous operation failed with an error, return a suitable error message.
ins~getlasterrorcode
If the previous operation failed with an error, return the HTTP status code.
ins~haserror
Query whether the previous operation failed with an error.
