View Model
The following properties make up the "view model", which can be accessed via VDL expressions.

| getUser(id: string) | user | Returns the specified user. |
| vars | object | A map of VDL Variables as defined by <vdl-var> |
| view | { isDebugEnabled: boolean } | Whether debug is enabled. |
| viewIsReady | boolean | Whether the current view is ready. |
