Enabling R Execution from Mosel

The R runtime does not respect the restrictions of the Mosel sandbox and therefore Mosel restrictions need to be disabled. 
insight.worker.execution.environment.MOSEL_RESTR=0
The R runtime also requires the R_HOME variable to be defined as the path to the top level directory of the R installation. 
insight.worker.execution.environment.R_HOME=<path to R>
