Models Using mmjobs

Models managed by Xpress Insight 5 can start additional sub-models using mmjobs if enough licenses are available for use. The existence and execution of these sub-models are invisible to Xpress Insight 5. They are started as part of the job running the main model. This may impact the number of licenses available and the thread consumption.

For example, if a worker is licensed and configured for n jobs, but one of those jobs spawns sub-models that consume more licenses than available, the sub-models are prevented from checking out a sufficient licenses. The main model should ensure that itself and the sub-model do not consume more threads than declared using the thread annotation of the execution mode.
