Disabling the Default Execution Overlay

Disabling the default execution overlay allows the view to show relevant information relating to the running scenario while executing.
The attribute 'default-execution-overlay' is used for this purpose: 
<vdl version="4.8" progress="true" default-execution-overlay="disabled">
             <!-- View content here -->
         </vdl>
Disabling can be specified for when the scenario is queued and executing or when it is executing.
