Exporting Folders from the Scenario Manager

You can use the Scenario Manager to export a selected folder and its scenarios to a zip file. The structure within the folder is maintained,

You may want to export a scenario to back up the scenario or to work on a file outside of Xpress Insight.

In the Scenario Manager window, above the scenario list, is the Export... button that provides the option to export folders and scenarios.

  1. From the HOME page, select and open the app you wish to administer. The APP page is displayed. Within the open app you can create, copy, move (cut and paste), export, and delete folders.
  2. Click the Scenario Manager button to open the Scenario Manager.
  3. In the folder list (displayed in the left pane), select the folder you wish to export and click Export.
Xpress Insight exports the folder to a zip file and displays feedback indicating the success or failure of the operation. Any folder or scenario name that would to be duplicated by the import is suffixed with a unique number.
