Purpose
Get the dual value of a linear constraint.
Synopsis
double getdual(XPRMcontext ctx, XPRMlinctr ctr);
Arguments
ctx 
Mosel's execution context
ctr 
Reference to a linear constraint
Return value
Dual value or 0.
Further information
This function returns the dual value of a given linear constraint if the problem has been solved successfully and the constraint is contained in the problem (otherwise 0).
