Purpose
Get the slack value of a constraint.

function getslack(c:linctr):real
Argument
c 
A linear constraint
Return value
Slack value or 0.
Further information
This function returns the slack value of a constraint if the problem has been solved successfully and the constraint is contained in the problem, otherwise 0 is returned.
