iniobuffer

Purpose
Retrieve amount of data in an IO buffer.
Synopsis
function iniobuffer(stream:integer):integer
Argument
stream
The stream to query:
F_INPUT
Input stream
F_OUTPUT
Output stream
F_ERROR
Error stream
Return value
Amount of data in bytes or -1 for an invalid stream specification
Further information
For all I/O operations Mosel uses buffers of 2048 bytes. This function makes it possible to know the amount of data currently held in the buffers associated to the current streams: for an input stream this corresponds to the data that has already been loaded from the driver but not yet consumed by the model and for an output stream this is the data that has been output but not yet sent to the driver.
